Diane Hankins

Diane Hankins focuses her practice in the areas of family law, criminal defense, and general civil matters. Prior to joining Heckenbach and Ammarell, Diane clerked in
Arapahoe County District Court for the Honorable Judge Cheryl Post and the Honorable Judge Charles Pratt. Diane earned her law degree from the University of Houston where she was an editor on the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy.

Diane serves on the Scholarship Committee for the Douglas/Elbert County Bar Association. Diane is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Arapahoe County Bar Association.

In her spare time, Diane volunteers as a coach with Fast Forward Sports for distance runners and triathletes and regularly competes in marathons, triathlons, and various endurance events.
